@MikeClamp @Nuckslife @ArnallLabrador I wish we could charge people for slurs. You might have a case for a civil action but of course that costs $. Assault in tort law can be entirely verbal, and the standard of proof is lower than in criminal trials. (Again not legal advice just some legal info)

@MikeClamp @Nuckslife @ArnallLabrador This isn’t legal advice but I would agree that our hate speech laws are pretty specific and I unfortunately can’t see a Crown taking this on. Depends on the specifics & can’t hurt to file a complaint though!
