Good news and bad news. Leyley is being able to go home today
She has been put on anti-seizure medication and has liquid food that needs to be administered to her once a day
She had cluster seizures and one of the seizures lasted upwards of 11 minutes.
The seizures were causing her to ingest air that was rapidly filling her stomach and intestines causing bloat.
From the X-Rays her intestines were starting to twist because of it.
The reason this started was because miniature dachshunds are very prone to seizures from what the Doctor told me.
This morning she started to have a seizure and urinated on herself. I immediately rushed her to the hospital in a towel and was there from 9am until 6:30pm
Her levels of potassium was also critical and is being investigated at a later point. I have been given nutrition to feed her daily and they managed to get her levels back in the green.
She currently is extremely exhausted and barely moving. However she is able to move her head around again.
Leyley might have seizures for the rest of her life, but that medication can prevent them
Right now the Doctor told me from her having a bowel movement we are out of the critical zone.
The doctor told me if the bloat continues surgery will have to be done. She is a 24-hour Emergency Doctor for dogs.
So if anything happens tonight, I can immediately take her.
Right now Leyley needs rest and is out of it thanks to all the medication
Even the worst misogynist in the world can't even remotely think of something this vile and pathetic.
If feminist women were stronger than men, they would do a male genocide.
