As organisations continue to rethink culture and wellbeing, we hope this conversation encourages deeper reflection on what makes workplaces #psychologically safer for women.

Cohort 2 of our #Gender Accelerator Program was shaped by the people who showed up with deep commitment to learning . Over 6 months, organisations came into the space to question their assumptions, and begin doing the work of building gender-intentional workplaces.
These reflections bring that journey to life; the moments of clarity, the shifts that began to take root, and the work that now feels possible; as shared by Pradeep Singh Pundhir (SPECTRA), Nitisha Pandey (Femfuture Collective), and Kritika Suman (@chetnavikas1985).
Cohort 2 of EquiLead’s #Gender Accelerator Program came together to move from intent to practice that digged into systems, leadership, culture, and the everyday choices that shape workplaces.

For many mid- to senior-level women professionals, these aren’t abstract ideals. They influence trust, commitment, and the ability to do their best work.
