The 2023 Work in America survey from the @APA finds Black and Latino workers are less likely to feel #support and #belonging at work, which negatively affects their mental health.

We are in the business of reimagining work through equity and wellness. We believe wellness is a right for all. We all have the right to exhale, to experience pleasure and joy.

A Black gay man was killed over an “altercation” because a straight man wanted him to stop voguing.
He was killed.
Over him voguing.
Black queer joy is under attack, not masculinity.

Equity is directly related to wellness.
Medical schools, professional organizations, city governments, and institutions that prohibit access to medical training are responsible to ensuring Black people everywhere can receive high quality treatment and preventative care.
Although we’re not surprised, this data is alarming to say the very least.
