I'm just curious, I know this may sound a little out there. But have you thought about ai not being bots, and it being actual people on the other end?

I know they can automate a lot of the tasks, because automation and ai got really popular around the same time.

This would explain why they need the data centers. To store all of our data. I also think they all work together. Like a daisy chain of our information. For what? I'm not exactly sure. Just a theory.
