After multiple follow-ups, an engineer finally visited, but I was informed that the required filters were not available in stock. Instead of providing a solution or timeline, the service request was cancelled.

i called him more than 40 times but call was not picked up by him and he mentioned that m not picking call seems to be making fool of customers

@flipkartsupport but he was not picking my calls and sudden around 5 or 5:30 i got an text to reschedule the visit due to not picking call by myself which is not happen so tried again to call engineer but he mark my number into blocklist which is very very frustrating

When i was calling him to know when he will reach to complete the I&C of product,he has put my number into blacklist,
very very poor service its was not supposed to be expected from @flipkartsupport
He will continue do the same thing and you ll continue losse your customers
