@LGIndia Ordered a split ac through LG shop online on 05.10.2025. The expected delivery date is today i.e. 08.10.2025, but it isn't shipped yet.
Irony is that customer service agent is unable to find my order details and telling me 'Sir the order no is wrong.'

They're saying that the fan will be replaced which is not done yet.
