@AirIndiaX Today after return to my native place i checked baggage which was delivered after 21 days...Causing big losses for all fresh items..In future hope i will never travel or recommend to anyone to board with Air india express..

It has now been 11 days since my arrival, and I still haven’t received my Baggage

@AirIndiaX Just now I contacted customer care & I am wondered that still delayed baggage is under investigation and customer care team also don't have information about by baggage. It's being 9 days.. I don't have any response from Air india team..My biggest mistake to board with Airline.

I had horrible journey with Air india Express dated 31.10.2025, still I don't have any update regarding my delayed baggage despite of many calls & emails.
Also had very bad experience @riyadh airport, where i had to take out 5 kg excess luggage for which already i had paid amount

#Lucknow airport proving yo be worst. A large number of flights by @IndiGo6E @airindia @AirIndiaX delayed. People sitting on floors, stairs. Airport authority didn't provide prior warnings about delay and here we are.
