t’s days like this that make it all worth it. The first #GI surgical patient in our new clinical trial has been implanted with our xBar sensor and the system is already monitoring the tissue healing process and analyzing the data from the surgical site.
Excited to share a grand slam today!
Exero has raised an impressive SAFE, getting ready for
our upcoming clinical trial.
Special thanks to @CBG for leading the SAFE and WELCOME to our new VPs Ilana Fishman and @LermanGilad .
Happy holidays everyone!

Although I've started a new endeavor long ago I am delighted about this project and thankful for the journey leading to this publication.
Excited to share our preclinical and clinical study results at #sages2021. The clinical study was led by Prof. Nir Wasserberg in collaboration with Profs. @profcknowles Gareth Sanger and @matan_bendavid_

We are excited to announce that Dr. Deborah Nagle, Chief of the Colon and Rectal Division of Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University, will be joining Exero Medical as a member of our scientific advisory board. https://t.co/0GJZ3l92mE #medtech#colorectalsurgery
We have been granted #FDA Breakthrough Device Designation for our #smartsensor technology! We look forward to working closely with FDA regulators to achieve full clearance of our system to provide #earlydetection of #GI leaks. https://t.co/iD7rjcqN2m #GITwitter
This new @NeuroCellPress paper is the summary of a great team effort. New technology brings new insights into perception limits. Thank you @jonvgill, @DimaRinberg & @ShohamLab for the fascinating journey.
We recently completed the first human implantation of our sensor for early detection of anastomotic leaks following gastrointestinal surgery. Learn more about the procedure and how our #earlydetection system can help save lives. https://t.co/uo7bLUcDmv
Amazing feeling to turn an idea into a tangible reality. Now we can start verification and validation. Big shout out for the team making this happen, incl. @YeredTal , Orly Maor, @matan_bendavid_ , Nir Wasserberg.

We are pleased to share that we have completed the first human implantation of our sensor, a significant milestone as we work towards developing a reliable anastomotic leak #earlydetection system. Read more: https://t.co/BsN0l5HC4x #GItwitter#medtech
Exero Medical is pleased to announce our first #clinicaltrial will be taking place at Rabin Medical Center! Researchers will use our wireless sensor for #earlydetection of anastomotic leaks to collect data during #GI surgery. https://t.co/xzJyqH1uny #GITwitter
We are excited to share our work on applied olfaction - a series of proof-of-principle experiments using a mouse nose as a universal, versatile chemical detector. We identified odors by measuring signals from a grid electrode array positioned on the mouse olfactory bulb.
This was truly a collaborative work between engineers, computational data scientists, geneticists and physiologists. A shout out to the entire team!
