When taxes become hidden from the consumer. It becomes theft. A transperant sales tax, is the closest thing possable to being voluntary.
When the wealthy pay the majority of taxes. Then the government becomes incentivized to ensure the wealthy make the most money. And create systems to confuse the masses about where taxes actually come from. (The Always from consumer) If we are to be taxed as the consumers and transperantly represented. So that the governement is incentivized by the prosperity of its consumers. The taxes should come direct from the consumer in a single flat sales tax.

Turned himself in for what? For his safety? Or to confess? If to confess, Why did the prosecution not use that? Direct Confession is definately probable cause. Hearing over straight to trial. Instead we got blurry photos, different people. different cars. No liscemce plate despite being in a parking garage where cameras are set up to read them, And no evidence the gun was ever fired.
If he confessed to them, then where is the afidavit? Where is the evidence his parents said he was guilty. You have quite the imagination. If the gun was fired where is the residue test.

Yhe prosecutions case is beyond week. And while they wasted all yhat time. And stopped investigating other angles. Ugh. Its looking like there will be no justice for charlie

You are correct the prosecution has shown enough doubt. And Only takes one retard on jury and if thats from a pool of millions. Then they will acquit. This is not looking good for prosecution. They are showing way to many errors. Different habitual mannerisms of the person(s) of interest. Vlaiming they are the same person. One using phone with left hand and placing in left pocket and walking off the stairs using right foot first And the other doing the opposite. Right hand phone right pocket and left foot off stairs first. Why does the car have a hellcat bumber while his car towed from his moms has the sxt bumber.

If they have shown enough then the judge would rule probable cause has been met. AND If he directly admitted it. AND they plan to use it. Thats all it would take. If there was one undeniable, testable fact then thats all they would need to rely on. Instead they open themselves up to uneccesary errors.

Why would they not have his DNA on his gun. What video of his face that is not blurry. He appeared to specifically avoid cameras knowing where they are, And as such showed the back of his head more often which had different hairline. No GPS from phone has been released. Nor from his car. They claim to have but also claimed they had direct video of the shot taken. I want probable cause. And I want evidence beyond reasonable doubt. I have seen neither yet. Its early yet. Frankly if they have direct confession. Then why this dog and pony show creating reasonable doubt.

They have not. Why no plate reading from a parking garage where yhey set up cameras to view plates? Why does that one car have a hellcat bumber and the other and sxt. Why does one person operate his phone and put it in right pocket and the other one the left. Why does one step off stairs with left foot and yhe other the right?
