Last month - in response to proposed amendments by @SECGov to Exchange Act Rule 3b-16 Regarding the Definition of “Exchange” - #Hedera Chairman @brettmcdowell in collaboration with the Hedera Governing Council formally provided the SEC with recommendations and feedback, citing significant concerns regarding the potential unintended consequences the proposed changes could bring for #web3 and #DLT in the United States.
