North Providence High senior Colin Dorgan just sent the Blackstone Valley Schools hockey team to the D-2 finals by scoring the game-winning goal with 48.1 seconds left in double OT. BVS was outshot 53-18 and won 3-2 over top-seeded Portsmouth. What a game!
