@AlexBerenson Nurses were “Health Care Hero’s” when the media and Covid culture could use them the show how bad things were a year ago. Many of those same nurses are being shat on today simply because they are refusing to be part of an experiment and many of them already have natural immunity.
@9to5mac@apollozac As a daily Strava/Apple Watch Ultra 2 user, the watch app is glitchy at best. It randomly chooses when to verbalize mile spilts and sometimes does it at weird splits like 1.6 miles. The auto-pause does not work well and often does not restart after resuming movement.
@mattswider Probably hoping things change in the next week or two with tariffs so Nintendo can avoid having to tack on 20%. That’s likely why no pricing has been released.
@AZSBUpdates Dumb question but does keeping the lift turning at a slow speed overnight keep the ice from forming? I know it would use more electricity but think of the man hours it saves and keeps the crowds from being disappointed on a busy holiday weekend 🤷🏻♂️
@erinstrout College runners today might have faster shoes, more advanced coaching, NIL, and 10x the hype but at least I had the opportunity to walk-on at Michigan in 1999. Over five years, I worked my ass off to go from walk-on to NCAAs. Sad to see that opportunity slip for high schoolers..
