Here's a good look at @HPBArecruiting 2029 Perozo's Eric Bond (@EricBond97021) on the mound. The RHP showcased a solid 3-pitch mix on his way to a 12-strikeout CG 7-inning shutout. He generated a lot of swing and miss, allowing only 2 hits and 0 runs.

Former Astros Manager Dusty Baker spoke on Jose Altuve and the Astros cheating scandal, via the @allthesmokeprod
“You know the guy who took the brunt of it was really Jose Altuve, and he was really the most innocent dude there. That really affected me, how he was treated and he didn’t deserve it.”
Mental toughness is not the absence of doubt. It is the ability to recover from doubt quickly. 🎾
Fear, worry, and anxiety are part of being human. Even @DjokerNole and all of the best performers in the world experience them.
The difference is not that they avoid negative thoughts, but that they have trained themselves to return to the mindset that serves them and their mission.
Mental toughness is a skill. Like any skill, it improves with repetition.
You cannot control which thoughts enter your mind, but you can train how quickly you return to what matters.
The goal is not to never get knocked off course.
The goal is to shorten the time it takes to get back on track.
I have accepted an offer from @HPBA_official to play baseball this summer. Grateful for the opportunity to play for such a great organization. @coachmeevans@HPBAac
