@brianmctaggart Really ,after allowing 3 HR's and 10 ER's in 2 innings his last start? Holy moly.. . Could've sworn it'd be Burroughs. . Wonder what the strategy is? (And also how long can Imai hide! Wow
@michaelschwab13 Well nevermind, appears we'd take on $4.9million. Not good. Trammell's stat decline is unreal though, and Loperfido could easily be an improvement (unfortunately for Taylor)
@michaelschwab13 Wow, poor guy had so much talent! Well he's better at the plate and in the field than Velazquez so do we have a shot at him? Also, I have to think Trammell unfortunately has very little wiggle room left with his stint with us
@JoeJHoyt That's so tough of a question. They're both better than Rush and Lance were, at this point and they're the best backups since Dak took over. I'm hoping we can carry all 3, and the coaches will make the right decision re: QB2. We'll know soon enough!
@ffr8282@brianmctaggart I don't think Espada does that though. Why in the world would you not play Yainer the day after he has 3 hits and 2 HR's? THEN NOT pinch hit with him with the bases loaded? It'd be nice to actually try to win these games. Anyway, I agree with u
@manofconviction@ffr8282@brianmctaggart Well last year he was great against Lefties and this year 'dogshit'.. Espada saw the back of his baseball card and made a decision....
@brianmctaggart And he swung at strike 3, that started 6" off the plate and ended up 2 feet off the plate. Diaz was by far our hottest hitter. Guess we agree to disagree there
@shoukAstros@brianmctaggart I watch every game. Lambert is tired, or mechanics are off a bit. Every decision matters, when you're playing this bad. Stashing guys like Imai on your 26 man, but not using him is a 'decision' too right? Guess he'll be pitching today though
