.@CarnivalCruise I am sure that the staff of the Carnival Pride is hard at work trying to fix whatever broke on the ship. Don’t forget about the passengers onboard though. They would greatly appreciate an update.

@STEM08 @CarnivalCruise Thanks for your reply but not everyone onboard has received the letter you reference. Just got off the phone with a passenger onboard and they have asked for information but have not been told a single thing.
