We just passed the single most comprehensive rezoning in the US—legalizing multifamily housing up to 6 stories citywide in a Paris style

Love when @wmata weekend service is frequent enough that my transfer time was only 1 min. When transfer times are short & reliable overall trip times are less so the transit network works better for the entire region which leads to ridership increases. Fundamentals matter!#wmata
