My game-changing moment came when I realized I was just going through the motions.
Not honoring the responsibility in front of me.
Integrity is who you are when nobody’s watching.
Now it’s simple to me: show up present. Tell the truth. Own it.
Ambition isn’t supposed to feel comfortable.
If it doesn’t stretch you, it won’t change you.
Too many people repeat the same habits & expect different results. That’s not growth.
Use what you have. Turn potential into performance.

Today I turn 56.
Feels like I was 26 last Tuesday. Time moves fast.
This one hits different. My father, Cicero, passed this week. My heart is heavy, but grateful for his life and impact.
Life moves fast. Love your people. Say what matters.
Thank you, God, for 56 years.
Your title is not your identity.
It’s just the assignment.
Your identity is deeper. It’s your values, standards, & purpose.
Roles change.
Assignments evolve.
But who you are—when built right—remains steady.
Don’t cling to an expired title.
Have the courage to grow beyond it.
