The color power and essentials are all still available. All new is hand drawn, black & white. A year ago I resolved to draw every #oldschoolmtg card A-Z, no timetable. Some elaborate, 5 min doodles, or literally on napkins. Lots of bad cards, but so much more amazing art to draw

@mtgbanding Commentary with cutting to the players at selective times would be best. Eg. Cut to and hear how they unravel a complex stack or an important combat sequence. See these build up, cut down

@cjwynes @dfirthbard I love them. Initiates do a ton of heavy lifting on fixing the mana base. I wouldn't leave home with less than 3. Also they often eat the first bolt/stp, or else can just run ahead for 4-5 damage

Finished 5-3 in the #oldschoolmtg Summer Derby. Eschewed Hymns for threat density, caught lots of players off guard. Cuombajj Witches were MVP vs lions, green weenie, etc. otherwise just a tough blocker. Thanks @dfirthbard for a great event!
