@ChickenStreet @CanalRiverTrust @DacorumBC @Observer_Owl @hertscc @hertsad I agree. As a dog owner myself, I always take the bags of poo home or dispose in the nearest bin on a high street.

It’s other people who are part of the problem, the other part being @CanalRiverTrust who removed bins without a clear plan of how to communicate the change.
