1) it’s not a cup; it’s an insulated sleeve, like last year but a new design

2) more importantly, you have to visit all five locations to get the sleeve, not only a single drink at the Epcot location.

@Wendys, I know I grew up learning “old math,” but when I ordered a 10 piece and 6 piece nugget and got home to a count of 11, it doesn’t add up.

I tried chatting through the app, wait the time, only to be disconnected when it’s “my turn” three times.

What gives?

Better yet, when I try to reach out for support, I’m disconnected twice from chat, then left on hold when the agent can’t explain what happened.

.@SamsClub I’d love to understand why I pay for Plus to only wait at home for a perishable delivery, just for the perishable items to be cancelled last minute with no notification and then the two dry items to be delivered at the last minute.
