Very disappointed in @AmericanAir on how they handled flight AA1032 yesterday. I have never had a 24 hour unexpect layover due to the airline’s negligence and been told to “figure it out”. Not a single “this is what we’re going to do to help you.” I STRONGLY recommend avoiding AA

@AmericanAir Although this was documented as “weather”, it certainly was NOT. It was communicated that it was mechanical. Unless the entire flight is lying. Which is essentially what your entire team told ALL upset patrons.
