@flyvolaris @date_pop I can't make changes because my reservation code doesn't work on the app or website! My outbound flight time changed by 10 minutes and it renders my reservation code as a fail. I tried to make changes on my own 6 days ago before my flight. Deadlines have all passed!!!!!

@flyvolaris They don't pick up the phone, there is no way to email them and the app and website are useless to get anything changed. Each time is tells me to call. I wait on hold and then the call drops!

@flyvolaris they has the worst customer service. They have not replied or helped with cancelling or rebooking my flight for the past 6 days. The flight I was supposed to take already happened. I am sure I won't get my money back.
