@AmericanAir The gate agent was great. Sadly, I didn't get the first class seat upgrade I originally had confirmed. In all seriousness, the system should wait until the door closes to auto-rebook. The number of incorrect protections of miss connections must be high (or I'm really unlucky).

@AmericanAir your auto-rebooking system sucks! The last 3 times it has removed me for an expected mis-connect I have actually made the connection. Then I have to be put back on the flight & I lose my confirmed seat. The gate agents hate the system, it creates extra work for them.
