@Verizon My mother was approved for the Fast Forward program six months ago. Why do I need to call every month for the discount to be applied? None of your reps are ever able to resolve the problem and provide a solution. Can you please provide a solution and reduce my stress!

Customer service in person and over the phone is atrocious. The representative didn’t let me speak. Spoke down to me and acted like I didn’t understand English or Spanish. #southwestairlines

@NYCTSubway MTA driver on b70 bus 763 took away my freedom of speech and told me not to speak on my phone over announcements. To be quiet otherwise he was going to physically remove me from the bus. He said I was a safety concern. Please have him fired! Absolutely unacceptable.

@enterprisecares It’s time you hire new management and staff at Bay Ridge location. Teach them how treat customers and serve them quickly. Customers have a set pick up time that should be met regardless of their inventory and what the customer requested.

@Derrick_NYC When aren’t there incidents. This also happens when there are no incidents. Reason why I was forced to buy a car last year. Unfortunately had to get rid of it.

@NYCTSubway I don’t understand why there’s a 15 minute wait for a Bay- Ridge bound R train at Jay St. This is outrageous. A ride that used to take me 20 minutes now takes me an hour. #fixit #getittogether
