@reviewjournal What questions remain? This has the appearance of a con job, in which Nixon wrote the letters after the fact and backdated them. See my video in which I show that Nixon placed Paddock in Mesquite, NV long before Paddock moved there.

@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal He remained close with his ex's, we know that. Romantic relationships seemed to evolve into business relationships/friendships. I haven't looked into Connie McCain at all. What is of particular interest about her?
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal Location, location, location. Probably what mattered the most in any of his purchases. Coincidence or not, both his Reno and Mesquite homes were right next to state borders.
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal The summary of the Danley interviews (final report) gives a good insight into their lifestyle & places of residence. Mesquite NV was probably their pied-a-terre near Vegas, nothing more. Yes their official address but not a home. Search warrant mentions the cabinets were empty.
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal Paddock's lifestyle in the Danley years was very different from before. They were (luxury) hotel dwellers. Mesquite was never their primary residence as suggested in this article. Certainly not until 2015, as Danley only quit her job in Reno in that year.

@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal Perhaps there was a commercial agreement on the land in late 2014. In the comprehensive report, appraisal value for 2014 seems to reflect land value only. I'm leaning towards the driver's licence date being an error. He could not have lived at that address yet on 9/8/14.
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal I know you're not defending the letters here. At the end of the day, this is a detail and not the slam dunk, but evidence suggesting Jimmy backdated his letters.
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal I doubt he'd have rented another place in Mesquite. As he wasn't home very often in general, mostly staying in hotels, it seems out of character for him to want to stay close to his new purchase while it was being finished.
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal According to this RE agent, Paddock first entered the Sun City sales office in late 2014. That lines up well with a deed concluded in Jan 2015.

@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal Jimmy's feeling about the Mesquite TX/NV coincidence may have been genuine (after the fact), but in itself it doesn't make the letter more credible. It seems we have a conflict between the property deed (Jan 2015) and data in the commercial reports. What has preponderance?
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal I would like to receive those reports. Thx! Great to hear from you, it's been a while. Not sure if I'll make more videos in the near term but I will post the Paddock room thermostat screens on my YT community page shortly. Motion sensor data are of particular interest here.
@fishinabarrel1@reviewjournal It seems that we are in agreement on this. I think that my video (link below) has shifted the balance of probabilities firmly in favour of these letters *not* being legit. Your suggestion that a "believer" should obtain verification is fair.
