One of the best days of the year is here! Feeling grateful for our students, their families, and the Xavier community that helped bring them to this moment. Let’s celebrate! #LetsGoX
Xavier spent somewhere between $5 million and $6 million last year paying its men's basketball team. This year? It's committing more. https://t.co/DGXrchoxhs
Wonderful momentum for Xavier and an exciting sign of what’s ahead! Grateful to our admissions team, faculty, staff and the many families choosing to call Xavier home. #LetsGoX
NEWS: Herb Bauer, Xavier basketball's public address announcer since 1986, just announced that Tuesday will be his final game on the mic.
He will be retiring after the season.
Bauer has only missed one home game since he took the job in '86.
Tu Holloway once looked up into the Cintas Center rafters and thought it could never be him up there.
On Saturday, that dream becomes a reality.

From #Reds#Xavier and #Reds are teaming up with a new 10-year commitment naming Xavier as the Official University of the Reds.
This long-term partnership brings together two of Cincinnati’s most storied and influential institutions, building on their shared strengths and deep roots in the region. Together, Xavier and the Reds will enhance academic opportunities for students and create new pathways for hands-on learning connected to one of Major League Baseball’s most historic franchises.
Today, we launch a $500 million fundraising campaign to secure our future and expand the impact of a Xavier education.
For the one student striving.
For the community, stepping forward together.
For the world that always needs what Xavier stands for.
Today we celebrate the life of Thomas E. Sedler, who passed at age 92, and remember his tremendous support of Xavier, his investment in our students and his dedication to the men’s basketball team. https://t.co/5ks8EXZQuF

Farewell, Saint.
Earlier this morning, our beloved Fr. Al Bischoff, SJ, passed away peacefully at age 98. “Father B” made a profound impact on this community. His deep care for each student, commitment to the Jesuit Catholic tradition and love for Xavier will never be forgotten.
A wave of development near campus means that Musketeers will have more opportunities than ever for learning, housing and entertainment!
