Barry Croft's SCOTUS Application to extend deadline to file a petition for a writ of certiorari was granted by Justice Kavanaugh on June 15. Croft was sentenced to serve 19+ years in federal prison after being convicted in 2022 of conspiring to kidnap MI Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Barry Croft's request to "LIFT THE SEAL ON THE DISCOVERY OF EVIDENCE" rebuffed by USDC Judge Robert J. Jonker. Croft was sentenced to over 19 years in federal prison after being convicted in 2022 of conspiring to kidnap MI Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and possessing an explosive device.
