@hanzbananzz You go girl! I only saw my doctor a handful of times during my entire stay at the hospital. From my understanding, a Doula is with you the majority of the time! So she could be very beneficial during the times of labor and before the doctor actually comes in for the delivery.

@hanzbananzz If you plan on going natural then a Doula could be very helpful! I didn’t have a Doula and wanted an epidural. The nurses were fantastic taking care of me and walking me through everything! Total personal preference though. I hear that a Doula is great for a natural birth!
