@LisaEloe@kimdarche That's awesome it stuck for you! Geography has never been a strong area for me. I'd embarass myself if I was asked to complete a blank map! #ttlf20
@m_gliesmann @kimdarche This is so sad! I'm sorry that happened! I'm sure your teacher thought they were being helpful, but everyone has different personalities and expressions. A better way to check in on how our students are feeling would be privately.
@kimdarche Q4: I remember being praised by my teacher for the neatness of a math assignment I turned in. She did this in front of the whole class. I felt so special! It's important to acknowledge a student's strengths--something I will incorporate into my classroom. #ttlf20
@kimdarche Q3: In English class we were being taught about portions of a sentence that can be removed. These phrases that were removed had a comma before and after it. The teacher referred to them as pooper scoopers. A sense of humor can go a long way! #ttlf20
Learning environments are a bit different than they usually are. Here's my Wednesday night grad school setup. Hiding in my room where I won't be distracted. 😆What's your setup look like!? #TTLS20
It wasn’t the typical last day of school send off, but it was a great way to close out the school year. The last day of school family parade was incredible to experience. Happy summer! #SchillingPride#Spreadyourwings
