@KateVasey I feel your pain. -10 glasses prescription, -8 with contacts. Got told when I was applying for a mortgage that contact lenses were a luxury item and it would affect my application 🙄.
Wouldn’t personally consider being able to see clearly a luxury but there you go.

Rehabilitation is an essential component of health care for older people.
That doesn’t mean “Refer OT/PT”!
It means promoting independence with all our actions, while we are looking after that person, whatever the setting.
That’s down to ALL of us!
@Trisha_the_doc Yes! So often we are referred to as PTOT when we are two very separate professions. Also need to challenge the mindset that everyone over the age of 60 has to see a therapist for discharge
