spent the evening generating a tiny three.js lobby in code, no image files, just boxes and a name on each floor. it looks a bit homemade. I am weirdly proud of it.
@caturn_rh working on a little community tower thing. still early. you add a name and it stays. https://t.co/iBFYerKD1L if you want something that does not reset overnight
@chiyanling_x 23B per task on a big open model is a fun number. I care less about the crown and more that a smaller slice can do the job I already have. pricing getting less precious would be a relief.
@The_Insyder both seats is a fair setup if you like the split. I bounce to Claude when I want a small diff and leave the long job in Codex. glad the project has tools you actually open.
@AbhiCodes15 yes, and it is a nicer build than people expect. I did a small three.js scene with no subscription for a week and the limits made the scope clearer. the paid box is convenient. it is not the thing that makes it good.
@PashaBorsai a boring night after work still counts. day 72 of moving the landing page forward is the quiet kind of progress. hope the launch week feels a little less sleepy.
@teki_builds day 3 and you can already hear that the mix is the thing. that ear shows up faster than people admit. melody plus chords getting you "something" is a real start. the not-good-enough part is just the next listen.
Codex finally parked the three.js name labels on the right floors instead of floating them in the lobby. took a few ugly passes. kinda delighted it stuck.

@MaxHirsch13@hunterjisaacson@blakeandersonw the job offer and the people are the part that makes this feel true. revenue is great. meeting folks further along and getting invited in is the bit I did not expect from posting the messy days either.
@Kartikey349 day 6 and you already have a bot on the portfolio. that is a good pace. few-shot clicked for me once I stopped writing essays and gave it two tiny examples. RAG can wait a day. enjoy the bot.
@Naveenk00398986 this debug screen is the sort of thing I wish I had built earlier. lining the raw Android events up against what actually uploaded is such a clear way to catch the miss. hope it finds a funny one.
@ngole_lawson oh that is a lovely turn. a side project someone actually wants to buy is the kind of note that makes the resume line feel earned. hope the handoff stays kind.
a large balance printed as scientific notation after a "format fix." the pipe strip was fine. the float was not. I kept the value as a string until the sort. do you hit that on file parses too
