If you see a results picture that claims the product helps you get a flat stomach in 2 days with no change in diet or exercise it’s a scam.
PERIOD.
The “magic flat tummy pills” result you see is not fat loss. It’s probably bloat or water weight or so many other things.
There’s not one single food that helps with weightloss. It’s the combination of foods you eat that matter.
If it were all up to one food we’d be eating that thing & skinny af instead of sitting here all confused over which diet to start this week.
Sometimes you have to approach health as if your body is a toddler:
Trick it into liking the healthy stuff that’s good for it by disguising it as something that’s fun.
Eating healthy is not expensive. The wellness products that aren’t as good for you as real whole foods are expensive.
Don’t believe me? Start spending more time in the produce section.
I don’t care if you cover kale in maple syrup to make it taste good. You ate a vegetable that you may not have before.
That’s a big deal.
I’m proud of you.
Don’t focus on losing weight.
Focus on healthy habits, on what makes you feel good, on getting better than the day before.
The weight will drop. If your focus is on losing you won’t see what you’ve gained, and it won’t feel like you’ve accomplished anything.
I made a video of me trying on a wedding dress I liked to send out to all my ladies as a virtual try-on. I caved and showed Cory because we were talking about it and I was excited.
He watched it twice, cried and said, “you look so beautiful”.
😭🥰😭🥰
Idk who needs to hear this, but “superfoods” are not real.
It’s a word made up by supplement companies to make you want to take their synthetic (man-made and less effective) nutrients over real ones from real food.
Dictionary- Diet (n): the kinds of food that a person habitually eats.
Society- Diet (v): to follow specific food regimens in order to fit societal molds that do not take the individual into account, but make said individual feel shameful of their body.
