@BJsWholesale Your Springfield PA store (DELCo) is fantastic. Store is always well kept, store is always clean. But the carts are absolutely terrible. They are all broken. I spoke with customer service and they mentioned that corporate denied new carts. Can this be confirmed?

@UPS I love the idea of the picture evidence that a package has been delivered. Can you explain the attached picture, this isn’t the first time either. Maybe instead of worrying if your drivers are wearing brown socks, they are trained to take pictures that can actually be used.
