Chompy is right, though, if you don't go into it with a deep love of Mario, you'll be struggling to get why it's so fun. Mario nostalgia is definitely a pre-req, without it it'll probably be a mixed bag, outside of Jack Black's performance.

@always_giovanna @ChompRawrMoo I wouldn't call it must-see, and as far as modern family-friendly video game movies go, not as entertaining as Sonic the Hedgehog, but it's definitely entertaining. Rest of cast is also great, but loving Mario games already is a definite plus.
