A mistake repeated more than once is a decision.

@jcpenney I will not be DMing you. The experience is more memorable than the poor quality that regularly occurs, and your electronic apology or digital oops offer. #DoneWithJCP

@jcpenney Why have curbside service if your employees near never walk outside at the North Star Mall location in San Antonio.

5th time arrived, clicked through the curbside ; get the we’re sorry but due to demand there is a delay…went inside there’s 4 employees-0 customers😡

[Erik The 8 @ErikThe8]

No I won’t DM you.Tired of your low effort customer service, your employees comfort level with assisting people as if they are on hour 15 of a 16hr day is an insult to the belief care and concern is part of the experience. How about you DM the customer.🤨

It’s like the production team Chat GPT’d a run of show outline for tonight. “Let’s get a lot of monotone speakers with keyword inflections while clearly reading the prompter, then add awkward pauses between speakers and then add wayyy too much B roll. And over talk the gaps🙄😞

Have trash pick up days changed for E. Hollywood in San Antonio? 2nd week and no garbage pick up? Please advise. Thank you

[Erik The 8 @ErikThe8]

@AmazonHelp A week late with the same “Running late” tracking message with no update, change or tracking. This was a PRIME delivery and Amazon was the shipper. About ready…

[Erik The 8 @ErikThe8]

@AmazonHelp The regularity of your, “Running Late” delivery notice is hilarious. I’ve watched it go back and forth between “Expected tomorrow to Running Late” over the past 6 days; with no shipping details change.
Amazon is getting worse. How about you message ME for details🤬

@EShunESPN The apology is not for how received, it’s not even for you being seen/exposed being you…the apology should be for the crawling you’ll be doing to ESPN that we have to witness. You wanted to be bold, and then you delete it once it catches fire😂😆🤣

[Erik The 8 @ErikThe8]

@EShunESPN You quickly spoke what was in you. Now after the dog pile you get why that many random people key in on you deleting it. Say less.

@BankofAmerica How long does it take for Cash App transactions to deposit into your account?
