Can we have an honest healthy discussion about Tua and these concussions? As a fan i want him as the QB of this team but if he was my family member I’d want him to hang it up. What do you guys think?
@zakisolja@OliLondonTV Ok I am very against trans “women” participating in women’s sports. But as a volleyball coach, if she attempted to block instead of backing off an in system attack she wouldn’t have gotten hit in the face.
"I think Dallas is going to blow them out. They're going to push them around... One team doesn't have to have a fake Gucci bag. They've got a real one."

Is sauna good for you?
YES!
Those who used a sauna two to three times a week had a 24% lower risk of death‼️
Two 15-minute dry sauna sessions a day increase growth hormone release by 500 percent. 📈
Saunas also help your immune system fight infections and cancer and reduce inflammation.
Heat therapy also:
📍Improves cardiovascular fitness
📍Increases heart rate variability
📍Supports insulin sensitivity
📍Regulates blood sugar & blood pressure
📍Increases endorphins for a natural high

My Takeaways From The Dolphins 28-27 Loss To The Titans:
• The hip thing for casuals will be to place all of the blame for this loss on Tua’s shoulders and yes, he was mediocre but there’s a TON of blame to go around
• Mike McDaniel’s situational play calling will be this teams downfall in key moments. Settling for FGs and leaving 8 points on the board because you refuse to run it inside the 10 is egregious at this point. Especially with both RBs averaging over 5 YPC. A screen on 3rd and 2 when the whole world knows it’s coming instead threatening the MOTF and spiking it? Still has problems getting the play call in when with all the motion this offense has, you can’t afford to. Brutal stuff from Mike McDaniel yesterday.
• Connor Williams is the most important player on this offense not named Tua or Tyreek and the loss of him has the potential to be a major negative impact regarding a deep playoff run
• Liam Eichenberg was one of the worst players on the field yesterday, bad snaps, bad penalties, just an overall bad, dreadful performance
• Really, the offensive line as a whole was really bad allowing 5 sacks and pressure on 39% of Tua’s drop backs. We’ve seen this previously this season that when the interior is overly compromised, the timing and rhythm of this offense is thrown off which is majorly counter productive to how this offense is designed
• Raheem Mostert should have had an even bigger game, same with De’Von Achane - clearly Miami’s best offensive unit last night
• Tyreek seems to get more seriously banged up as each week passes by lately. What more concerning is that WRs had problems separating after he went down and it was clearly obvious McDaniel’s adjustments offensively weren’t effective, let alone good enough
• Tua has seemed to trust Cedric Wilson Jr. more than Waddle lately with big time throws, especially along the sideline.
• Waddle looks like he’s taken a step back this year whether it be injuries or whatever the case. Tua and him never had these miscommunication and chemistry issues until this season and it’s hurting this offense
• I’ve been saying for weeks - this team needs a seam/passing threat at TE that can also block, clearly a viable third option in the passing game is a huge hole
• What was the point of acquiring Claypool again? Someone remind me.
• Defensively this team went from helping to gift wrap a win to falling a part in a matter of minutes. Fangio will be furious but his lack of aggressiveness when it mattered most was partly to blame.
• 139 yards and 14 points allowed on 13 plays in 2 mins and 20 secs on the final two drives (not including the kneel down) is absolutely unacceptable - defense folded like an accordion with the game on the line
• Bradley Chubb - sure you missed the sack, about 3 all game to be exact, but you end up making the play anyways to force a 4th down and decide to throw your helmet on a bonehead play that extends the drive and costs your team a TD. But what’s even more disappointing is you then admit after the game you took your foot off of the gas - absolutely embarrassing for one of this teams highest paid defenders and “leaders”
• D-Hop absolutely put X and Ramsey on a rotisserie
• X was even getting cooked in coverage by Tyjae Spears - unreal.
• Ramsey - what are you doing biting on the slot and bailing on Henry to leave him wide open?
• This team was massively missing Jevon Holland yesterday in helping over the top, let alone what he offers in the box
• Dare I say this team also missed Baker’s pursuit speed on the field too?
• David Long Jr. was quite good yesterday
• Overall though, the front didn’t come close to being as consistently dominant from the start of the game to the final whistle in the trenches as they’ve recently been besides a few impact plays early on. They had Levis uncomfortable in the first quarter but then it felt like he started to settle in and come get comfortable.

I didn’t even know I was making memories, I was just having fun. No telling what the future holds, just control what you can control. Everyone that knows me knows I would stay in South Florida forever, time will tell. No matter what and no matter where, the show goes on. . . 🤐
There are now 10 plus quarters of evidence that Dolphins have built team very competitive with Bills (and doing it today incredibly without Tua). And we're seeing ball hawking we haven't seen most of this season. Impressive stuff
@LittleItalyTony Caleb Williams is also 5 star top 10 nationally ranked recruit. Beydoun is fire but cmon Caleb is worth that amount. Ppl think Deon flipped #1 recruit for free? This type of recruiting is EMU best bet to land top talent to propel them into any sort of contention.
