@da_horton Background of the Melendez case teaches us that in Cali, Black people were segregated first and it was later that Natives and “Mongolians” and I do believe after that, “Hispanics” the polarity in this case was literally contingent on a spectrum of color itself.
@da_horton I appreciate the insight. Polarity not binary, down to the hue. Polarity btwn B & W have historically been the reason for cases such as Melendez’s and Browns. I’d even argue that polarity between the 2 is partly why Melendez predates Brown, a common CRM strategy of palatability.
