@Morrisons been on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting to be connected to someone to find out where my delivery is which is now an hour late and have had no contact whatsoever! Appalling customer service. Not impressed at all.

@Morrisons not impressed! Ordered an online shop to be delivered between 7:30-8:30 it’s not gone 9pm and we have received no correspondence to let us know they’re running behind or to let us know what’s going on… website isn’t helpful either for find someone to contact!

@SkyUK I rang customers services and they weren’t any help and just said I need to pay which I have and yet my app now says I’m £45 in credit?!!

@SkyUK my app says I don’t owe any money yet on the phone you say I do owe money. I have just paid the bill via the app which now says I’m in credit yet you’re still going to take money from my account tomorrow despite me having paid today. IS THIS A JOKE?
