@abolishnato @Nelnet They are getting more traffic than ever. Most companies cannot handle it. They had months to know it could POSSIBLY happen. You still cannot prepare for millions of borrowers coming on at the same time.

@SenatorRomney I have been paying my loans back for years now and still paid some interest even during the pause. I think it's nice to hear that it's all been worth it in such dark times. You call it a bribe but most people with student loans will see it as a blessing. Thanks.
