Their solution was to offer me a “discount” on something that broke from poor quality and the discount was $20 MORE than the receipt showed of purchase. Gotta love that customer service. Go with another company. Many have way better customer service experiences.

@SonySupportUSA Funny. They called and offered me to purchase them again for even higher of a price than what we paid for them. We will continue to let social media know that Sony headphones are not quality and customer service is not willing to help.
