Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim & villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished.

Since my laptop is no more available for me to continue this project .

It was great joining Njideka Akunyili Crosby — a gifted Nigerian-born, Los Angeles-based artist — to unveil our first portrait together. This piece reflects so many chapters of Michelle and my story, and we’re thrilled that it will be on display in the Hope and Change lobby at the Obama Presidential Center starting this Juneteenth.
Gianni Infantino in 2017, talking about the bidding process for 2026 with particular reference to the travel bans the US had in place then:
“Teams who qualify for a World Cup need to have access to the country, otherwise there is no World Cup. That is obvious.
“We are now in the process of defining the bid requirements. In the world there are many countries who have bans, travel bans, visa requirements and so on and so forth. It’s obvious when it comes to FIFA competitions, any team, including the supporters and officials of that team, who qualify for a World Cup need to have access to the country, otherwise there is no World Cup.
“The requirements will be clear. And then each country can make up their decision, whether they want to bid or not based on the requirements.”

The same way you got excited creating stuff after discovering a 2D, 3D software, game engines, or an editing & designs software is the same excitement some random 18yr old with zero creative skill feels discovering AI tools today
The will to create has never been about the tool.
As a people, we need to:
- be great at building things
- get better at organizing ourselves
- reject the victim mentality that some people are holding us back
