Our specials this evening are a Parma prosciutto and burrata salad, with arugula, candied walnuts and shaved watermelon radish, and pan seared Chilean sea bass, served with roasted cauliflower, pan roasted Brussel sprouts, with pickled onion over a butternut squash purée.
