13 years ago, I worked on this illustration as the devastating news of the #東日本大震災 kept coming - a very tiny, small way to show support form so far away.

I pray that the victims have found peace and that the survivors continue to find the hope & strength to carry on. 🙏✨

I was working on this in 2011 when I heard about the Tōhoku earthquake/tsunami. It was just so heartbreaking to watch the news/reports. And now the news of the earthquake. お気の毒です!
