On average it’s 3-7 days. Keeping in mind there’s super health ppl that still get 7 days & cramps.Just depends on your body

I’m just doubling down that natural would mean without interference. And if telling people to only eat fruit, that’s not fully natural either.

Of course there can be “ very bad symptoms.” But 5-7 days is a natural length. All this other shit people are saying is what fucks them up when they get old😭
