@EricSpracklen Idk, I paid 150k for my 2200 4b 2.5bth house with a pool in 2010. (Hud home) We refinanced to get a new roof and bigger/better AC. About 4 yrs ago. Dropped to a 15yr mortgage at 3.25% and plan on having it all paid off when I retire in 7yrs. 🤷‍♂️
