Abiy Ahmed Ali has signed in #Asmara and #Jeddah the implementation of the Algiers Agreement. Last time the Border commission received a letter from #Ethiopia to change some aspects of the painstakingly ruling of the #Eritrea Ethiopia Border commission, it wrote to Ethiopia the case is 'res judicata', which means "the case has been judged," the issue before the court has already been decided, with finality, so that it cannot be re-litigated. The commission wrote.....
The Commission, through its President, has already stated “that the provisions of Articles
28 and 29 of the Rules of Procedure neither allow substantive amendment nor affect the binding
quality of the Decision as rendered on 13 April 2002. Re-argument of the case is not permitted.” In
this respect, the Commission is adhering to the authoritative views on the limits of interpretation
expressed by the Permanent Court of International Justice in the Chorzow Factory Case, (1927,
PCIJ, Series A No. 13, at p.21) and the Arbitration Tribunal in the Arbitration on the Delimitation
of the Continental Shelf (France-UK), Interpretation Decision of 14 March 1978 (Vol.54,
International Law Reports, 1979, at p. 161). “Interpretation is a process that is merely auxiliary,
and may serve to explain, but may not change, what the Court already settled with binding force as
res judicata.”
So Abiy knows he has no legal or historical basis to get any part of #Eritrea, that's why he is trying to huff and puff, bamboozle and fool the #Ethiopian people into another senseless war. #NoMoreWar

@ethioluptus@steve_hanke You should be worried about your future, my friend.
Your shitopia will be a failed state like libya or syria, and then you'll be homeless, as long as the Orommos are on the throne.
The public policies and rhetoric of Ethiopian PM Abiy Ahmed are facing sharp criticism and mounting accusations of misinformation regarding the history of the landlocked nation leveled by his advisor Getachew Reda.

@PMEthiopia If you believe #Ethiopia was never colonized, why has your nation been in a coma for such a long time?
Why is she called a "failed state"?
She was supposed to compete economically with India, tho.

While others follow trends, #Eritrea is making Guinness-level moves in diplomacy — independent, principled, and fearless on the global stage.
Happy 35th Independence Day to my proud people of Eritrea.
Glory to the martyrs. The future belongs to a nation that never bowed. 🇪🇷🔥
