@AmazonHelp here to complain again. My Amazon account has been locked for nearly two months now since 17 feb and calling support only to be informed to email account specialist via email. Then when I do that, automated email responses despite me following instructions.

@AmazonHelp They require me to log in and provide billing statement/gift card receipt which I believe I did and yet every time I do I just get an email the next day stating they are not able to verify it! I mentioned in the document title which page to look at but just got an automated reply

@AmazonHelp It doesn’t, that’s what my first post tells you. I just contacted them again, provided details as usual for them to submit a form(so they say) and was informed again they will be in touch with 24-48 hours(which was what happened last time).
