MEC are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with Robertson Construction Yorkshire East Midlands Ltd on the Advanced Technology Centre, Sheffield College on a two story extension at the Olive Grove campus.

Works are nearing completion over at Mayfield Road.

Works comprised external facade brickwork, masonry support, FirePro SP, Rockwool duo slab, ACS restraint channel system and cavity tray to the modular kit.

We are working in partnership with Ogilvie Construction on Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh on the construction of their new 156 bed purpose-built student accommodation.

We are now in week 7 of the build, with substructure works now complete and ground floor brickwork not far behind.

Update from our XQ7 Site in Salford.
Our site team have been installing the K-Roc insulation, brick tie channel, non-combustible DPC & Tenmat fire stop prior to re building the external facade.
This is a remediation project that we are working in partnership with QFF.

17-months in and works are coming to a close over on our site at West Craigs, Edinburgh in partnership with Cruden Building.
