I was honestly SHOCKED at their "service fee"

They are close enough on cost to prep for sale ($8k) and sale price of $634k - but $60,500 service fee?

Both side's agents cost half that...

Who would sell to them?

@nejatian Kaz, I genuinely believe you mean good. But I don’t agree with the approach towards the stock price. The “not caring” and lack of PRs is not aligned with my interests as a shareholder. Unfortunately, most of us are down, some more than others. We are not seeing the ROI we’d hope

All I can say to @nejatian is that shareholder value at $OPEN just keeps going down.. the SP is the only indicator that matters. Please do something or it will keep plummeting. We can’t keep this up

$OPEN are we ok with no news? Updates on mortgage product? Feedback from clients? Updates on expansion? Any key milestones? @nejatian we need updates, can’t rely on tweets nor wait for next earnings. Give us some positive progress amidst the negative macro
